M.O.V.E. (Men of Valor and Excellence) and the Rose of Sharon Women's Department, focus on ministries that each groups leads and implements in and around the Rose of Sharon community, with the emphasis always on Ministry.

M.O.V.E. (Men of Valor and Excellence) is the vision of Pastor Griffin that emphasizes the power of men in the church. M.O.V.E. allows the men of the Rose of Sharon to lead the church by example through service. The men head up numerous ministries ranging from community outreach to leading men's conferences and the church's weekly prayer services.

Women's Department is currently headed by First Lady Linda Faye Griffin and it is the outlet for the women of the Rose of Sharon to do God's work in service to his people. The Women's Department is one of the most active departments at the church and is responsible for some of the most successful ministries in the church.
